Hi, my name is Sean Phou. I'm a resident of Wilton Manors. I'm proud to say that I'm fit year round.
My current fit activities is preparing for the October 19th Fort Lauderdale Cup Physique competition.  I've combine my physical training with a rigorous nutrition plan. I'm proud of the results that my conditioning has brought me.

Josh Smart

My name is Josh Smart.  I am a personal trainer here in Fort Lauderdale.  I compete in the NPC Men's Physique division, as well as the the racing circuit in Stand Up Paddle boarding.  I recently took 1st place in the Blueline Summer showdown this past weekend.  I also do fitness modeling on the side.  I should be the next CNS athlete because I practice and live what I preach.  My main goal is to get people around me as excited as I am about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

I’m David Bolus, and I proudly live an active, healthy life as a man well over forty years old.  Athletes come in all ages, shapes and sizes, and good athletes should strive to be a walking representation of what it means to be in great health as it relates to his or her true potential…at any age, skill level, or gender. 

As a certified fitness trainer, nutritional coach and exercise therapist, I strive each day to help others attain their goals for personal health and fitness.  As a professional, I know that health is individualistic in nature; one size does not fit all.  It mean more than just “looking good”.  To such, proper nutrition, supplementation and exercise are mandatory but vary from person to person.

I was born and raised in The Netherlands.

4 years ago I moved over to Coral Springs Florida.

Since then I travel between the Netherlands and USA.

In the Netherlands there are not a lot women competing.

My goal was to start a team and motivated woman to train and compete.

I began in January 2013 and it started to become a success. Every day

other woman get motivated and start to train.

That's where I get my satisfaction.

Danny Vega

My name is Danny Vega. I was born and raised in Miami, where I played football since the age of 10 and ended up leading Miami-Dade County in rushing in 1998 before I went to play football at Columbia University.

I got my Masters in Physiology at University of Florida where I was a grad assistant working with Football, Basketball, Tennis and Golf in the weight room. I was also a collegiate strength and conditioning coach.

Although I am no longer in that profession, I am now a competitive powerlifter with two world records in the RPS 220lb raw open drugfree division--560lb squat and 640lb deadlift. The pursuit of strength is my obsession!

My name is Filippe Abreu. I grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil and am currently living in South Florida. I've spent the last nine years of my life at the gym trying to improve my body and mind. Right now, I am about five weeks out from my first competition, the Fort Lauderdale Cup. Competing was an old dream I always had, since I grew up looking up to my father being a bodybuilder and I believe this is the right time for me to step on stage!

I believe that I should be the next "CNS" model because I am here to motivate people and bring awareness to everyone about living a healthy and fun lifestyle. David Vazquez

I am a former Marine Corps Captain turned Personal Trainer.

In 2012 I was a State Finalist in the Florida Senior Olympics in the 50m, 100m, 200m and 400m dash track and field events.

I have completed several GORUCK Challenges consisting of 12-15 hours of rucking a 40+lb pack and have trained over half a dozen of my clients and future Marines to complete one as well.

I provide deeply discounted training to help,prepare those young men and women that want to join the Marine Corps but aren't quite up to the physical standards. Since commencing this program in 2011 I have had three (3) Honor Graduates and trained over 20 future (now current Marines).

I am currently training to compete in the Dyana Cadeau Bodybuilding, Bikini, Figure and Physique Championships in the Masters over 50 Men's Physique Division.

I am 54 this year on September 24th and what better way to show my Baby Boomer Generation that age is just a number!
