Josh Smart























My name is Josh Smart.  I am a personal trainer here in Fort Lauderdale.  I compete in the NPC Men's Physique division, as well as the the racing circuit in Stand Up Paddle boarding.  I recently took 1st place in the Blueline Summer showdown this past weekend.  I also do fitness modeling on the side.  I should be the next CNS athlete because I practice and live what I preach.  My main goal is to get people around me as excited as I am about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
